Military Department Storage Request
Title
Military Department Storage Request
Description
In this letter to Director George Sparks, Lt. Colonel Joseph B. Spitzer, Adjutant, requested additional storage space for the Military Department. He described the need to store large weapons for training purposes in the General Military Science program, which began in 1954.
The Military Department had storage on the third floor of the Ivy Street building, but Spitzer requested the use of Room 301, which would be modified with better security and widened doors.
