Description
A letter from George M. Sparks to Marion Smith, the chairman of the University System of Georgia Board of Regents. The letter is a progress report in the search for building materials to use in alterations to the Ivy Street Garage (Kell Hall). Sparks reports his best lead so far has been to the old Fisher Body plant where Firestone is moving out and there are materials that could be wrecked and taken by the university.
