Atlanta Pride will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2020. In the years since its earliest earnest efforts to combine protest with celebration, Pride has morphed and expanded, and new Pride efforts have evolved. This section of the exhibit looks at the history of Pride as well as the histories of other efforts to bring together communities for fun and celebration.
